The mission of ADVANCE is to engage, equip, edify and empower
ministers to work in partnership with their pastor, local church and district
through Biblical, theological and ministry skills training.

Our target demographic will be those who are pursuing ministerial licensing (with Pastor approval), newly licensed ministers, and those who have held license up to 5 years
ADVANCE GOALS
- Establish an online presence where fresh content, curriculum and resources can be shared and distributed.
- Conduct monthly video conferencing sessions with seasoned ministers that will engage and equip the ADVANCE group.
- Quarterly regional meetings where ministers can come together for ongoing training and networking.
- Utilize Western District Camp Meeting as a place to network, celebrate, edify and train new ministers through breakout sessions and fellowship opportunities.
- Host an Annual Retreat to ENGAGE, EQUIP, EDIFY and ENPOWER our ADVANCE group.
